Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on ba99b at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, ba99b reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your ba99b account, including any activity that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account.

ba99b will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password, PIN, or any other security credential. If you receive such a request, you must treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting ba99b customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the original deposit payment method after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements.

• Account Verification (KYC): All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed. KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF).

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via card (Visa, Mastercard). Deposits are credited to your ba99b account immediately upon successful processing. ba99b does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ba99b does not accept third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification before processing.

• Visa / Mastercard: Typically within 1 to 5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

ba99b reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. The platform also reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that are associated with suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

ba99b offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period will expire automatically.

Betting Rules
